Casey S. Cassinis

Casey Schaden Cassinis is Of Counsel to Schaden, Katzman, Lampert & McClune, where she represents victims and their families in aircraft accidents both across the country and internationally. Mrs. Cassinis is admitted to practice in Colorado and Florida. She is admitted pro hac vice in several jurisdictions across the country, and is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (f/k/a ATLA), and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Mrs. Cassinis attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she graduated with honors and obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration. During college, she received her private pilot's license.
Mrs. Cassinis received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where she served as Student Chair of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, competed as an ABA trial team member in several national mock trial competitions, and won the Clarence L. Bartholic Award for the highest grade in her legal ethics class.
Fluent in Spanish, Mrs. Cassinis has a passion for international aviation law and related legal work. In fact, she has studied both the common-law system utilized in the United States and the civil-law system utilized by several South American countries. Between her first and second years of law school, she completed an internship in the Civil Court of Appeals in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
