Casey F. Schaden
Casey F. Schaden is an associate at Schaden, Katzman, Lampert &
McClune, where she represents victims and their families in aircraft
accidents both across the country and internationally. Ms. Schaden
is admitted to practice before the Colorado and Florida Bars and is
a member of the Denver Bar Association, the American Bar Association,
the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers
Association.
Ms. Schaden received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University
of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where she served as Student Chair
of the Colorado Trial Lawyer's Association, competed as an ABA trial
team member in several national mock trial competitions, and won the
Clarence L. Bartholic Award for the highest grade in Legal Profession.
Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Schaden has a passion for international aviation
law and related legal work. In fact, she has studied both the common
law system utilized in the United States and the civil law system
utilized by several South American countries. Between her first and
second years of law school, she completed an internship in the Civil
Court of Appeals in Buenos, Aires, Argentina with the honorable Doctor
Jose Luis Monte.
Ms. Schaden received her bachelor's degree from the University of
Colorado at Boulder, where she graduated with honors and obtained
a degree in business administration. Ms. Schaden also holds a private
pilot's license and is working toward her instrument rating.
